04 — EDUCATION · LEARNING PLATFORM CONCEPT
A campus that starts with what's urgent: what's due this week. Students submit from their phone and teachers grade in one go, with a rubric and handwritten feedback.

At the door, members type their ID or show a QR code and a traffic light says if they can come in. The owner sees occupancy by hour, upcoming payments and who to message before they quit.
